Calm & Clay

$90.00

A return to breath.
A return to earth.
A return to self.
A return to community.

A grounding practice of breathwork, gentle movement, intention, and mindful making, where hands become an extension of the heart and clay becomes a vessel for presence, connection, and quiet transformation.

Steph from holistic.haus will begin the session by offering an opportunity to reconnect with ourselves through gentle seated movement and breathwork - a chance to shift from the week that has passed into the a collective space of intention.

Followed by an invitation to gather with Tash from Althea Ceramics for a 1.5 hour ceramic ceremony, where you'll hand-build and decorate your own ceramic piece. A space to soften, create slowly, and remember the quiet beauty of making together.

The session will begin at 6pm at Summertown Studio, everything you need will be provided.

Collection of ceramic pieces, once fired will be from Summertown Studio around 3-4 weeks after the session or can be organised directly through Tash.
